The 9th World Congress on Industry Process Tomography will be held at The university of bath on September 2, 2018 on solstice.This conference has put forward a series of effective and advanced methods and technologies in the field of industrial process tomography, non-invasive measurement technology and visual monitoring of industrial flow process.In this conference, PT&MFM laboratory of tianjin university accepted seven papers and accepted them as on-site oral reports:Dr Liang Guanghui "An Inclusion Boundary Reconstruction Method Using Electrical Impedance and Ultrasound Reflection Dual - Modality Tomography".Dr XiaoZhiLi "Structure Optimization of Cambered Magnetic Induction Tomography", Dr Wang's "Optimized Stimulation Patterns for Miniature Electrical Impedance Tomography with Planar Electrodes Array","A Fast Iterative Adaptive Thresholding Algorithm for Electrical Resistance Tomography" by Dr. Shengnan zhang;Papers accepted for poster presentation are:Liu Hao master "Ultrasound Tomography of Attenuation in Heterogeneous Medium using Continuous - wave Excitation"."Influence of Primary Hepatocellular Carcinoma Size and Stage on Echo Signal in Human Abdomen" by guo dandan, "Analysis of Displacement Imaging Associated with Acoustic Radiation Force Impulse" by bao xuyang,Laboratory doctoral and master students listen to academic reports carefully, actively participate in the research in related fields, and strive to absorb international cutting-edge theories and ideas, receiving a lot of goods.At the end of the meeting, Mr. Tan chao, the research group announced that the 10th industrial process imaging conference (WCIPT2020) would be held by the process imaging and multiphase flow detection laboratory (PTMFM) of tianjin university in mid-september 2020, and introduced the general situation of tianjin city, the development history of tianjin university and the preparation of the conference to the participants.This conference will further promote the academic atmosphere of "knowing well, learning well and asking questions" and the academic spirit of "seeking truth from facts" in the laboratory, and lay a solid foundation for the subject development of laboratory researchers, academic vision and the overall construction of the laboratory.
